Our pin plating machines

Pin electroplating is an electroplating process for the precise application of metallic electrolytes. So-called bicolour coatings offer attractive highlights through the combination of different metal colours. These are usually applied by hand and require a great deal of dexterity.

The handpiece serves as a pen. A felt is inserted into the opening. This is then soaked in the glass container, into which the respective electrolyte was previously filled, and then passed over the product. The part to be processed must be clamped with the tweezers, which you can also find here. The felts are available in different thicknesses. Please take care not to touch the felts with your fingers, otherwise they will become soiled.

With pin electroplating, the coatings are applied using a handpiece. This achieves a high-contrast, stain-free colour result. Our PICCO+ pin electroplating unit is ideal for precisely this type of partial coating. Precious metals such as rhodium, gold and silver can be applied to small areas with the help of a felt without leaving any spots.

The device's LED colour indicator makes handling particularly easy and clear. The set is available in a large and a small version. Do you already own a pen galvaniser? Of course, we also offer the matching accessories in individual versions.
