Because we advertise our small electroplating plants a lot, this doesn't mean that we will not offer you a large electroplating plant. The galvanic system PROFILINE 15 convinces with a high-quality housing made of glass-fiber reinforced plastic on a stainless steel table with a 15 liter bath volume, with a circulation system if required and the possibility of performing any galvanic surface coating. The rinse water treatment and circulation system is a modification that you only get at your own request. However, it offers you environmentally friendly processing of the rinse water.

Our pin electroplating equipment

Pen plating is a galvanic process for the precise application of metallic electrolytes. So-called bicolor coatings offer attractive highlights by combining different metal colors. These are usually applied by hand in a laborious process that requires a great deal of skill.

In pin electroplating, the coatings are applied by means of a handpiece. In this way, a high-contrast, spot-free color result is achieved. Our PICCO+ pen plating unit is ideally suited for precisely such partial coatings. Precious metals such as rhodium, gold and silver can thus be applied to small areas without stains using a felt.

The device's LED color indicator makes handling particularly easy and clear. The set is available in a large and a small version. You already own a pen plating unit? Of course, we also offer the matching accessories in individual versions.

We have various handpieces for pen plating and matching tweezers in our range. You will also find a glass container for electroplating electrolytes. Our range is rounded off by a variety of different felts for your pen electroplating unit. In addition, you will also find suitable electrolytes in our assortment, which are adapted to the pen electroplating.
