The Adhesive nickel bath JE303 enables to build up further coatings uniformly and the adhesive strength is excellent. With the JE303 very adhesive layers, especially on hard to coat materials like stainless steel, tungsten and molybdenum can be deposited. Our nickel baths
Nickel baths from Jentner are used in both technical and decorative applications. Whether as a surface coating for high-gloss or matt surfaces or as corrosion protection for your workpieces, you are guaranteed not to go wrong with our nickel baths.
Our JE303 adhesive nickel bath deposits thin but strongly adhesive nickel layers, which are particularly suitable for stainless steel and passive base materials. Thanks to its excellent adhesive strength, the nickel bonding bath enables an even build-up of subsequent layers. It can also be used to activate molybdenum, tungsten and stainless steel, for which a particularly thin layer is sufficient. In contrast, our bright nickel bath JE300 produces high-gloss, bright bright nickel coatings. It is suitable for both rack and barrel products. It is highly leveling and produces an excellent gloss with a high gloss depth distribution.
A part coated with a bright nickel bath can also be chrome-plated very well and has a high ductility. Another product from our range is the matt nickel bath JE305 for matt nickel coatings. It can also be used for decorative and technical applications. Together with the bright nickel bath JE300, the deposited semi-bright layers provide excellent corrosion protection.
